In achieving inner peace through yoga, I found my passion in sharing my experience with others, helping them find harmony in life, connect with inner-self, finding peace. My belief is that life is what circulates inside you, everything else is just a reflection of what exists within you. As a 52 yo. person, allways doing intense physical activity, never paid attention to Yoga as an alternative, and after all that Covid-19 started and all the gym’s closing I got introduced to Yoga by Anna, now I’m regreting myself about not consider Yoga as a part of my daily fitness-wellness routine. Since I’m practicing my progress on flexibility,breathing, balance, focus are outstanding.Let me tell you I can sweat like in any workout session doing Vanyasa Yoga, and after that session (just 30 minutes) my body feels different.
